About granite
No two slabs
are ever the same.
Granite comes in rich textures from light accents to deep, dark tones. With basic care its polish lasts indefinitely, and hot pots and pans can go straight onto the surface without damage.
Because every slab is quarried, colors, patterns and textures vary. That is why we ask you to walk the yard and tag the exact slab for your kitchen.

Granite care
Simple habits keep
granite like new.
A correctly installed granite countertop should last a lifetime. Most of the care is what you avoid.
01
Clean with a damp cloth and soap
Any cleaner without ammonia is safe for daily use.
02
Hot pans are fine
Granite forms from molten rock and handles kitchen heat.
03
Reseal on schedule
Every 6 to 12 months, or once with our lifetime sealant.
04
Do not stand on overhangs
Weight near sink cutouts and unsupported overhangs can crack stone.
